Shipping Information -
Australia
We offer free shipping throughout Australia, on all orders over $30. Postage is via regular Australia Post.
Incorrectly addressed items will incur any extra shipping charges, if redelivery is required. It is your responsibility to ensure that your address is correctly stated on both our order form, and your PayPal account. Please notify us straight away if there is an error with your details.
Delivery times vary depending on how far away you live from us. We visit the post office 2 times a week, more during the holiday periods (we live 20minutes drive from the post office, and aim to minimise our transport usage). We will notify you at time of purchase when your parcel will be posted. We estimate your item to take between 4 - 10 business days, depending on location. If you would like Express Post, please add $4 at checkout, otherwise your item will be sent via regular post.
Please let us know if you need your purchase in quicker time, and we will do our best to get it sent off to you speedily.
International
We can send to anywhere in the world the postage system delivers to. All products & postage are listed in Australian $, and do not include GST. Use this conversion calculator, if you need. You may need to pay customs or duties in your destination country - you are responsible for any extra charges that are incurred with international delivery.
Delivery times will vary, depending on where you live. We estimate between 5 - 15 business days. We post using regular Australia International Post.
Costs for delivery to New Zealand:

Costs for delivery to Rest of the World:

Refunds & Exchanges -
We want you to love your new purchase as much as we enjoy making it. If you change your mind about your purchase, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item. We cannot offer a refund for change of mind, but can give you an exchange for another product or a gift voucher. You must return the product in unused, unworn & new condition, please package the item so there can be no damage during transit.
You must contact us, & receive notification before you return the item.
Damaged & Faulty items -
While we always aim to have the highest quality workmanship, sometimes things slip through. Please notify us within 3 days if your item is defective in any way at all, and return product within 14 days.
Faults do not include variations in colour or fabric print. We try to represent our products in the most natural light and to show you the truest colours possible - computer monitors have different calibration, which means that it may appear different to you than as seen on screen. Please remember that all our items are hand screen printed and hand crafted; there will be some variation in our items. We believe this adds to the beauty of our products, showing the true crafts(wo)mans marks.
Once we have inspected the item, we will refund your return shipping costs. We will repair or replace (if possible) your faulty item, or exchange for a new item if your item cannot be replaced (due to being out of stock).
Warranty -
All our items are covered by a 6 month warranty. This means that we will replace, repair or refund your faulty product, within 6 months of date of purchase (proof is required).
Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear of the product. We expect you to follow our care guidelines & washing instructions to ensure your product is treated with the love & care with which we made it.
